For Emergents Creatives, collaborative digital and cross-media content development is a fundamental part of the future of the creative economy of the Highlands and Islands, and Emergents Creatives encourages all creative businesses, whether as a self-employed creative or a creative company, to explore its possibilities for their company and products. We are therefore very pleased to announce the availability of bursaries of up to £200 per person for three successful applicants to Crossover Scotland’s Creative Lab 2014.
Working in association with Crossover Scotland, Emergents will cover the full cost of the residential lab and will consider assistance with travel costs for those travelling to the event in Stirling from Scotland’s islands. Emergents’ bursaries are available to those working or developing work in the writing, publishing, fashion, craft and textile sectors.
The Crossover Scotland Creative Lab is a residential workshop lead by industry veterans for creative practitioners to explore the possibilities of collaborating across disciplines and develop an understanding of producing content across platforms. The Creative Lab will engage participants with a range of issues facing the development of work across platforms and demystify the process of working in different disciplines.
Full details and application are available at the Cross Scotland website:
